going in the right direction?

I found todays discussion really useful, it helped me to head in the right direction and research things out of the box a little from what I've recently been looking at.

I started to think about life and death from a humans point of view rather than flowers and nature this lead me into the direction of the thinking about the things we do and the things we keep for example;

Everybody has a keepsakes box of things they can't bring themselves to throw away, My great gran kept my birth tag from when I was in hospital and I found out in the discussion that people keep rings and other Jewellery thats given to them by loved ones or belongs to someone who may have passed away, and started to get onto the subject of how that person would feel if you took that special item away from them and the reason they keep it.

The K foundation... Burn a million quid

On 23rd August 1994 pop group The K foundation burned a million pounds cash that was their earnings from their success as a pop group in the early 90's. They claimed that the burning of the money was an act of Art.

This is the perfect example of a group of people who were willing to throw away something that meant  a lot to them, they burnt the money that they gained from their success, this caused a lot conflict between between and became a world famous act, bringing attention from the law and everyday people complaining about that money being taken from the economy, but this reaction describes the feelings somebody would have about something thats precious to them that belong to a loved one who is not with us anymore, its like that special object is the next closest thing a person has to that person and they feel like everything would be lost if were to be taken away.
